Bucerias Real Estate for Sale

Bucerias is a Mexican village often described as "the Puerto Vallarta of 25 years ago".

Located on the north shore of the Bay of Banderas, this stretch of beach is the longest on the Bay and one of the most  beautiful on the Pacific coast. Whether boogie boarding, strolling in the moonlight, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, dining, doing tours, water sports, cruises, boating and sailing or watching for whales, it doesn't get better than this.

It has a population of between 4,000 and 6,000 persons. The center of town features the ubiquitous Mexican zocolo (town square) complete with gazebo, a nearby church and numerous stores and markets. Modern motor vehicles share the road with horses and burros. In the early morning fishermen set sail from the central beach area.

Bucerias has a selection of fine restaurants - ranging from fine dining to ultra-casual taco stands and loncherias.
